How the Risk Reward Calculator works
The risk-reward ratio compares how much you could lose (entry to stop-loss) with how much you could gain (entry to target).
With a 1:2 ratio you only need to be right about 34% of the time to break even, before charges. The calculator shows this break-even win rate: 1 ÷ (1 + R).
