How the Position Size Calculator works
Position sizing makes sure a single losing trade cannot hurt your account badly. You decide the maximum you are willing to lose (for example 1% of capital), and the distance to your stop-loss decides the quantity.
Formula: Quantity = (Capital × Risk %) ÷ (Entry − Stop-loss).
