Our institute is at 1st Floor, Exchange Building, Basudevpur More, beside Bardhaman Bus Stand, Arambag, West Bengal 712601.
Do you give stock tips or manage money?
No. We are an education provider. We do not give buy/sell tips, trading calls or portfolio management services.
Courses
Do I need any knowledge of the stock market to join?
No. Our beginner courses start from zero and explain every term in simple language.
Which languages are the courses in?
Courses are available in Bengali, Hindi and English. The language is shown on every course page.
How do I watch the course?
After payment you get instant access in your account. Watch on any phone, tablet or computer, at your own pace.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Complete all lessons and download your certificate from your account. Each certificate has a unique ID that anyone can verify on our website.
How long can I access the course?
Lifetime access, unless a different period is mentioned on the course page.
Is there a free demo class?
Yes. Register on the Free Demo Class page and choose English, Hindi or Bengali. We send you the Zoom link by email.
Indicators
How do I get the TradingView indicator?
Enter your TradingView username at checkout. We add it to the invite-only script, usually within a few hours and always within 24 working hours. You will see it under Indicators → Invite-only scripts in TradingView.
Do indicators give buy or sell signals I can follow?
No. Indicators are charting and learning tools. They help you study price action — they do not predict the market or guarantee profit.
Payments & refunds
How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. You can buy without creating an account — your account is created automatically with your email.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is emailed immediately and you can download the invoice from your account at any time.
What is the refund policy?
Video courses can be refunded within 7 days if you have completed less than 20% of the lessons and have not downloaded the PDF material. E-books and indicators are not refundable after delivery. See the Refund Policy page for details.
Can I share my course with a friend?
No. Access is personal and linked to your registered email.
