You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- you have completed less than 20% of the course lessons, and
- you have not downloaded the course PDF material.
Course progress is recorded automatically in your account and is used to check eligibility.
E-books and indicators
E-books (downloadable files) and TradingView indicators are delivered instantly or once access is granted, so they are not refundable after delivery. If an indicator cannot be activated on your TradingView account because of a problem on our side, we will refund you in full.
Technical problems
If you cannot access content you paid for and our team cannot fix it within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
