This policy explains what information BullishBrush ("we", "us") collects when you use bullishbrush.com, our app and our classes, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone number, city, country and your TradingView username (only when you buy an indicator).
- Account data: login method, course progress, certificates and order history. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank details — only the payment reference and status.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site.
- Cookies: to keep you logged in, remember your language and currency, and keep your cart.
How we use it
- To give you access to courses, e-books and indicators you purchase
- To send login codes, receipts, demo class links and important service messages
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To prevent fraud and keep the platform secure
- To send occasional educational updates — you can opt out at any time
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform (payment gateway, email delivery, hosting, video hosting, TradingView for indicator access) or when required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data by writing to support@bullishbrush.com. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept for legal and tax purposes.
