Cancellation Policy

At Bullishbrush, we strive to make our financial education services as flexible as possible. This policy outlines how you can cancel your orders, subscriptions, or enrollments.
1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
Once a course is purchased and access is granted, the order is considered "fulfilled." However, if you have not yet accessed the course content:
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window or after accessing the course materials fall under our Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription or membership plan:
- Self-Service: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard.
- Effective Date: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the materials until your current period expires.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a month/year already billed.
Note: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
3. Live Workshops & Mentorship
For scheduled live sessions or 1-on-1 mentorship programs:
- Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the session: Full Refund.
- Cancellations made within 24-72 hours: 50% Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or "No-Shows": No Refund/Cancellation allowed.
